Our client, a leader in logistics, is seeking an Air Export Data Entry Coordinator to join their team. As an Air Export Data Entry Coordinator, you will be part of the Business Unit supporting air export operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Air Export Data Entry Coordinator
**Location:** Hayward, CA
**Pay Range:** $24 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Accurately enter shipment details, airway bills (AWB), and customer information into company systems.
+ Process and maintain export documentation to ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
+ Verify and update tracking information for shipments, ensuring accuracy in records.
+ Assist the air export team with data validation, record-keeping, and report generation.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in shipment data.
**What's Needed?**
+ 1+ year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or logistics (preferred but not required).
+ High attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of data accurately.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics data entry systems.
+ Basic understanding of freight forwarding, air export, or supply chain operations is a plus.
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
