This is an excellent opportunity to join our Air Logistics team. Your Role As our Air Export Gateway Coordinator, you will responsible for the timely and cost effective movement of our air export freight managed by our Air Export Gateway department. The position is responsible for processing of Master Air Way Bill consolidations, and set trade-lanes. You will report to our Air Logistics Gateway and Procurement Supervisor. Your Responsibilities Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations  Arrange bookings with carriers  Track & trace shipments, monitor vendor performance, and address and resolve service irregularities  Maintain compliance standards at all times, including internal policies and procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements Follow up to ensure shipments adhere to schedules Support pricing team on rate quotes  Communicate with customers via phone or email.
