Your Role As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of our company to the customers you speak with. You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by ensuring service excellence through proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, and interaction with our sales colleagues. Your Responsibilities Responsible for the implementation, support & monitoring of Kuehne+Nagel Air ShipmentsCoordination of all aspects of the pick-up (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.)Ensure the Scheduling Pickup and Deliveries are executed. Responsible for rating shipments/handling/storage correctly per the SOPMandatory daily correspondence with overseas offices as necessaryEnsure the necessary handling procedures (both physical and written) are followed accordingly, when applicable, documented in client-level Quality Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and SOPsWork closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to healthcare customers.Schedule Monday- Friday 8am-5pm (Flexibility to work overtime on weekends as needed)Reports to the Air Logistics Customer Care Manager Your Skills and Experiences Highschool diploma or equivalent2+ years of Air Logistics experience, with import/export experience preferred2+ years of customer service experience Good Reasons to Join There has never been a better time to work in logistics.
