Air Quality Project Manager - Environmental Services (Multiple Locations)

Burns McDonnell is seeking an Air Quality Project Manager to manage air permitting and compliance services to the power, industrial, commercial, transportation and manufacturing industries. The Environmental Air Specialist / Project Manager will work within our Environmental Services Global Practice and perform the following duties:

Prepare air permit application packages and associated documentation.Conduct environmental site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state and federal air quality requirements.Calculate and estimate routine emissions, greenhouse gases, maintenance, start-up and shutdown emissions.Work with clients and team members to manage projects, budgets and timelines.Assist with multi-media-based questions and document preparation, such as Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Spill Prevention,Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, and filings pursuant to the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies.All other duties as assigned.
