We are looking for an Environment, Health and Safety Manager (m/f) to set up the HSE process, structure and spirit, supporting Airbus UpNext ambitious projects and demonstrators across France, Spain and Germany.
This job comes with a limited contract (CDI-C) of 3 years.
Responsibilities:
You will join a dynamic transverse team supporting UpNext demonstrators by enabling them to ensure an appropriate risk management system. Your mission is to inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas, especially labs and areas of non tertiary activities, to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
Working under the responsibility of the Chief Operating Officer and HR Director, your mission is to protect the employees, customers and the environment, and become a trusted partner to whom Airbus UpNext leaders can count on. All of this in a constructive manner!
You will:
Inspect the facilities to identify safety, health, and environmental risks
Set up HSE processes and policies in a pragmatic way
Promote health, safety and environmental culture in the workplace, ensuring the availability of adequate training and the existence of awareness campaigns and HSE initiations, always behaving as a business partner, advising and providing guidance at each stage, taking into account the specificities of the demonstrations.
Provide guidance and recommendations to operational management in a collaboration mode
Building - modification adaptation to demo/My FM (Airbus Facility Management tool) and need collection
Alarm/intrusion interface with AIRBUS Security Officer, access, badges,
Boarding Pass:
Extensive knowledge of EHS requirements in relation to industrial processes, regulations and national laws relating to the workplace
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections
Experience of the Airbus EHS processes would be a clear plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and ownership skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills and attention to detail
Negotiation level in English is required, French, Spanish or German is a plus.
