Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Assembler B professionals to join our team. The role involves performing routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, using manual operations. Candidates should have relevant manufacturing or aviation experience and be capable of working variable shifts.

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems.Work is being done on 787 programEssential Skills1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading, and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.Experience with aircraft structural parts fabrication, assembly processes, and procedures.

Work Environment

You will be part of large teams working in a dynamic environment with variable shifts.

Typical shift times are 5:30 am - 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm - 6:00 am.

The role involves frequent balancing on ladders, steps, or uneven surfaces, occasional climbing on 3-12 ft ladders or stands, and rotation of head/neck, sitting, and crawling.

Be prepared to work frequent overtime and maintain a clean, neat, organized, and FOD-free work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00
