Responsibilities Disassemble and clean aircraft components per specifications and guidelines. Follow Transport Canada regulations and industry standards. Operate and maintain shop equipment safely. Read and apply component maintenance manuals. Document component conditions and work completed. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical component issues. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Complete tasks within time and budget constraints. Qualifications Diploma; mechanical/electrical background preferred. Mechanical or electrical experience, aviation experience a plus. Proficient with hand tools, technical manuals, and problem-solving. Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Basic Microsoft Office; aviation software knowledge a plus. Strong verbal and written skills. Aviation-related certifications are an asset.
