**Job Title: Inspector** **Job Description** + Our client is an FAA 145 Repair Station located at Pinal Airpark in Marana, Arizona (KMZJ), emerging as a leader in end-of-service solutions for aircraft worldwide. Under minimal supervision, the Inspector performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures. **Responsibilities** + Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and some general aviation aircraft. + Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. + Document maintenance activities and findings accurately. + Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with 2 years in a Quality Control function and 1 year in a supervisory role. + Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. + Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A&P certification preferred. + Basic set of tools required. + Protective shoes (steel or composite toe) required. **Why Work Here?** + Starting pay DOE, 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. **Work Environment** + Work is primarily performed outside, and the role requires the ability to work in inclement weather.
