The role: Maintenance Instructor
Working for the British Airways training school based at Heathrow Airport, you will be accountable for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of aircraft maintenance training for British Airways’ Apprentices, Engineering colleagues and for external customers.
You will develop, design, update and deliver a range of Category A & B level Part-66 Modules, Part-66 B1 & B2 Aircraft Type, Part-145 and Part-M courses. Working in a highly regulated and safety conscious environment, and as such, everything you do will be to the highest standard and always in compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations.
What you’ll bring to British Airways:
Ideally the successful candidate will already have experience of developing and delivering aircraft maintenance training in a Part-147 training organisation or will be an experienced Part-66 licenced engineers with a passion for passing on their experience and knowledge.
Your experience:
Do you have a proven background in Aircraft maintenance training or transferable instructing or teaching experience at A-level/HNC or above, will also be considered. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an English language proficiency at B2 level or higher as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR).
