Job Description
We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic for a Part 135 operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with helicopters, specifically Bell 429, and must hold an FAA A&P license. The position requires a 40-hour work week with the possibility of call-in schedules. Flexibility to work overtime and travel between bases as needed is essential. The candidate must be organized, capable of working both independently and as part of a team, and proficient in reading and navigating through maintenance and electronic manuals. Additional responsibilities may include aircraft parts management and fuel farm inspections.
ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance and repairs on Bell 429 helicopters.Adhere to a 40-hour work week and be available for call-in schedules.Work flexible hours and overtime as required.Travel between bases as needed.Read and navigate through maintenance and electronic manuals.Manage aircraft parts and conduct fuel farm inspections.Essential SkillsExperience with helicopters, specifically Bell 429.FAA A&P license.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in reading and navigating maintenance and electronic manuals.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with turbine helicopters.Familiarity with Garmin 650/750 and G1000 series radios.Experience with Pratt & Whitney engines.Proficiency in everyday inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, including electrical and avionic systems.Ability to convey written and verbal information accurately.Possess a basic set of hand tools (power drill, multimeter, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, ratchets, and sockets in various sizes).Responsible for maintaining neat, clean, and orderly work areas.Comply with all regulations in the Employee Handbook and Administrative Policy Manual.Ability to read and understand manuals, documents, and verbal instructions.Ability to arrange objects or actions in a specific order or pattern according to rules or checklists.Perform tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision.Demonstrate responsibility and orderliness.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00
