Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to paint Boeing 737s. This position requires a high level of precision and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality finish for VIP, Corporate, Gulf Stream, and Citation aircraft. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional requirements to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
ResponsibilitiesApply high-quality paint finishes on aircraft including spray, prime, single & clear coat paint application.Use various paint guns such as HVLP & electrostatic.Perform overall stripping and preparation of aircraft surfaces including masking, sanding, glazing, and prepping for painting.Layout and apply stripes, logos, numbers, placards, and other details.Ensure all painted surfaces meet the required specifications and standards.Essential Skills5+ years of experience painting aircraft.Expertise in handling high-quality aircraft paint jobs for VIP and corporate aircraft.Proficiency with spray, prime, single & clear coat paint application techniques.Experience using HVLP & electrostatic paint guns.Skilled in masking, sanding, glazing, and preparing aircraft surfaces for painting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with layout and preparation of stripes, logos, numbers, placards, and detailed painting.Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to strict dress code requirements.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This position requires adherence to a strict dress code, which includes neatly trimmed facial hair for men, black shoes, black work pants (Dickies style), and appropriate shirts and hats provided by the employer. The work will be conducted in non-climate/temperature-controlled hangars, with multiple business jets and government aircraft present. As a corporate and government MRO facility, maintaining a professional appearance is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25
