ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process daily incoming and outgoing material to meet Quality Control requirements as stated in the AAR ISO 9000 Procedures Manual and Customer Requirements Manual.Assist the Director of Quality Control in reviewing and updating department standards.Interface with suppliers and product line to disposition rejects.All other duties as assigned.What you will be responsible for:

FAA airframe and powerplant (AP) license required.3 years Inspector experience with fixed wing transport aircraft such as Boeing 737, ERJ 175, Airbus, etc. Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredAssociates degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school, or four years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing)The rewards of your career at AAR go far beyond just your salary:

Constantly: standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, working on uneven surfaces. Vision with/without correction; near <20”, far >20’. Vision basic depth perception and color vision. Frequently: Lifting ≤30 lbs., climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, squatting, crawling, and kneeling on knees for extended periods. Working above chest-level and away from body for extended periods. Bending, twisting of torso, fine finger usage. Vision basic depth perception and color vision (shapes/colors), environmental weather conditions, working on ladders, scaffolding, and working alone. Occasionally: Lifting, carry, and push/pull ≤50 lbs., sitting, working overhead, basic color vision, operation of motorized/electrical equipment, and work in wet conditions. Twisting and/or pressure with wrist/hands, working at elevated heights ≥4’, energized parts, confined spaces, and environmental weather conditions.#LI-DT1
