Job Title: Aircraft Structural Technician
Job Description

We have three different types of positions available for Aircraft Structural Technicians. You will have the opportunity to work in various environments, including a Structures Backshop, Commercial Hangar, or Government Hangar.

ResponsibilitiesStructures Backshop: Working on a bench repairing, refurbishing, and fabricating flight controls and structural components such as elevators, ailerons, rudders, leading edge flaps, slats, spoilers, and stabilizers.Commercial Hangar: Part 145 MRO working on a wide variety of corporate jets and general aviation turboprop aircraft.Government Hangar: Performing Heavy Checks on a fleet of Dornier 328 intelligence aircraft (similar to a C-check).Essential Skills3+ years of total experienceMust own a basic set of toolsPrecision drillingReading blueprintsAviation sheet metal maintenance, repair, and modification experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsHeavy Maintenance experienceCorporate Aircraft experienceAt least somewhat stable job historyWhy Work Here?

This position offers a long-term, open-ended contract with the ability to go direct with the company if desired. Enjoy 6 paid sick days and full medical benefits available through Aerotek. You'll have the opportunity to work on various projects and airframes, ensuring that no two days are the same. If placed on the Government program, you'll become an expert on the Dornier 328 aircraft.

Work Environment

You will be working in climate-controlled FAA-regulated hangars with a casual dress code. The working hours are Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Overtime is often available but not guaranteed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00
