Key Responsibilities:
Product Managers, Heavy Maintenance are responsible for direct oversight of scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repair, overhaul and modification within the Out-Side Vendor (OSV) network. This role requires a front-line leader who is proficient with many facets of aircraft maintenance while also prioritizing healthy relationships with interfacing departments. Project Managers collaborate with numerous stakeholders to deliver a safe, compliant and predictable product to the operation while ensuring deliverables meet contractual needs of the airlines longer-term goals. Agility, resilience and professionalism are key attributes for this role meshed with exacting standards for performance, partnership and integrity. Achieving predictable results in accordance with United Airlines Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) while executing against schedule and budgetary forecast is paramount.
Direct oversight of safety, quality compliance IAW, UAL, CAMP, GMM other regulatory documents.Direct oversight of performance flow execution within accepted commitments to airline.Actively participate in visit preparation meetings to ensure successful executionAssist in review of span pricing agreements at induction exit of visitsAct us UAL central interfacing point for stakeholder groups to maintain production flowEnsure accurate timely reporting accomplished as directed by SOP OSV initiativesAdminister contractual guidance in all facets of oversight billing compliance.Review approve visit invoicing IAW established pricing trend data - resolve disputesOversee implement UAL OSV SMS toolsets, championing continuous improvement standardizationSpecial projects as assigned to improve, standardize share best practicesUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
