The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods by air, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent communication with all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** • Coordination of all aspects of the arrival (including, but not limited to, billing, rate quotation, approval of vendor invoices, etc.) • Scheduling of pick-ups daily • Responsible for rating shipments correctly per the SOP • Mandatory daily correspondence with overseas offices • Work closely with other departments to deliver high level of service to customers • Perform other duties as assigned **Your skills and experience** •In depth knowledge of import procedures •Ability to be profit conscious •Ability to work with demanding deadlines •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written •Ability to work independently as well as part of a team •Solid knowledge of domestic and international geography including countries, major cities •Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks, must be organized •Must be detail oriented, thorough and accurate and have the ability to efficiently solve problems **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). + Proven experience in airfreight coordination or a similar logistics role. + Strong knowledge of air cargo operations, documentation, and regulatory requirements. + Excellent organizational and time-management skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
