Sodexo Live's! Airport Lounge Segment is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Miami Dade International Airport in Miami, FL. This Human Resources Manager will have an office onsite and will provide administrative HR support to the Sodexo food and beverage teams who operate the American Airlines Admirals Clubs/Lounges within the airport. Role reports to a Senior Human Resources Manager and will work directly with on-site managers and a frontline staff of 150 - 300 employees. Bilingual Spanish is required for this role.

What You'll Do Oversee airport badging process for new hiresSupport new hire orientation facilitation, set-up and logisticsOnboarding Run compliance reportsMaintain and distribute employee training/communicationsAssist with career fairs and hiring events/recruitmentShare employee benefits information with new hires and direct them accordinglyComplete I-9 forms and other employee file documentationSet up employee direct depositsEngage with potential candidates and represent Sodexo as an employer of choiceCollect union statements/corrective actions for Senior Human Resources ManagerAddress payroll issues as they arise.Function as the HR liaison between operations and senior HR.Complete other administrative projects as assigned. Must have proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or travel industry preferred.
Bilingual Spanish is required for this role.
