Airline Reservation Specialist with Spanish and English

1. Language Proficiency
Fluency in Spanish and English: Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages (written and spoken) to assist a diverse clientele. The ability to handle customer inquiries, process reservations, and resolve issues in both languages is essential.2. Educational Background

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English to ensure clear, concise, and friendly interactions with customers.Patience and Empathy: The role involves working with diverse customers, some of whom may be frustrated or confused.
