Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compile statistics and reports on work progress. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below: **Essential Duties** **ACC** + Maintain high levels of performance for customer service metrics including call logs, call quality, + customer service feedback ratings, tracking, etc. + Maintain effective inventory control processes which includes monitoring and tracking of goods and supplies. + Working knowledge of workforce management practices and tools, e.g., scheduling software, ABM Clean monitoring software. + ATP Testing- measuring residual organic matter that may remain after a surface, device, or piece of + equipment is cleaned. + Assists in the introduction and development of new products, policies and resulting technology changes. + Considerable knowledge of the company's products, services, and operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries. + Submit a daily ACC report for your assigned shift. **SCC** + Snow control center /snow event operations/ dispatching, call logs + Assisting in snow shoveling + Inspect site landside/airside and send updates to client on an on-going basis for terminal. + conditions.
