For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) **Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm to 8:30pm** **Essential Functions** + Cleans and maintains parking garage and surrounding areas. + Removes trash, cleans elevators and entrances, and paints deck floors and curbs. + Removes cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, windows, and stairwells. + Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems. + Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. + Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. **Responsibilities** + Must keep supply closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order. + Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. + Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary. + Safely operate power equipment, as needed. **Qualifications** + Must have Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving History + Prior janitorial experience REQNUMBER: 102638 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
