# Ensures revenue recognition, timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors project receivables.

# Take initiatives to improve the quality of project implementation, improvisation may be on the deliverables to customer or may be internal e.g. related to support handover.

# Perform SIP & Repeat fault reduction

# Ensures SLA adherence, Fault management, Config & Capacity Management & Partner Management

#Technical Expertise 

On Cisco routers and switches. Should have awareness or configuration know how to ensure network deployment. 

2)   Should have experience of MPLS or IP VPN project implementation for customers having  multiple sites.

3)   Exposure on lease lines, RF, IPLC Circuits and SDH equipment
