Job Description

Responsible for ensuring all airworthiness quality requirements are met and documented per applicable regulations for aircraft, engine, and component maintenance, repair, and alteration.

Adhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership.Conduct weighing procedures as per manufacturer guidelines.Obtain and complete aircraft records upon arrival, ensuring proper documentation.Coordinate inspections in compliance with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts for damage, count, and conformity.Accurately document work orders, maintenance actions, and customer/regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.), ensuring all required approvals are obtained.Research aircraft drawings and technical data (e.g., REO, ENICO, EO, DCN).Conduct walk-around inspections for aircraft release from maintenance.Oversee the return-to-service process, ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards.Provide requested data to customers.

QualificationsHold a valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.Have at least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience or equivalent substantiated experience.Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with corporate or commercial jets.Own a basic set of hand tools and demonstrate the ability to manage tool inventory and control.Skilled in using various measuring tools and basic hand tools, with the ability to interpret and operate test equipment.Capable of interpreting and processing regulatory documents and requirements (both domestic and foreign).Familiar with FAA regulations, CAA, RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS, and other relevant documentation.Knowledgeable in return-to-service procedures.Able to train, coach, and mentor others in performing their duties within areas of expertise.
