Job DescriptionAllied Universal® is hiring a MaRC Accounts Administrator. The MaRC Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing support to Manager of Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC). The Accounts Administrator has an elevated level of interaction across the organization and must demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and with confidential information. The primary function of this role is to provide executive-level customer satisfaction. This is a full time in office role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate all services calls and emails from the clients regarding escalated situations involving the Allied Universal Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC)Provide a comprehensive security assessment when deemed necessary to enhance or modify any security protocols or camera analyticsInteract with customers directly, ensuring security expectations are met daily/weeklyCamera analytics and protocol setup for video and intrusion accountsForensic retrieval of video and audio recording request sent to the AUS MaRCAccount data entry, client-focused, ensuring data is being entered and maintained accuratelyIssue and manage service tickets and work ordersImplement problem-resolution with customers while coordinating and monitoring progressWork closely with multiple departments such as service, data entry, and monitoring centerProvide off-site support and troubleshooting of CCTV security systems, as neededInvestigate and professionally resolve inquiries and complaints that require administrative level interventionAssist with other special projects as requested by Manager and or Senior SupervisorAssist with new site development, involving forms, maps, virtual patrol routes, contact information, and vulnerabilitiesComplete detailed Executive Investigative Summary ReportsMaintain strong working knowledge of current company policies and procedures, recommend improvements as neededCompile and review daily/weekly reports to guarantee standards for quality and productivity are maintainedQUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)A minimum of two (2) years of related experience previously serving in an administrative/support capacityFluent in English to an extremely high standard and possess effective communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the jobExceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully prioritizing multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesExceptional organization skills; ability to keep executive on track with required information availableHighly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology including mail merges, PowerPoint Outlook, and internet applicationsProfessional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretionProven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials in strictest confidenceOutstanding oral and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a collaboratorAbility to grow positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levelsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
