Allied Universal Technology Services ® is seeking a MaRC Accounts Administrator to join our team. This position is key to providing high-level support to the Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC) and ensuring exceptional service to our customers. The Account Administrator works cross-functionally across the organization, handling sensitive information and playing a vital role in delivering executive-level customer satisfaction. This is a full time, in office role.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 8:00 pm

Pay: $19.00 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and partner with the Allied Universal Service Desk to address client inquiries related to escalated situations involving the Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC)Engage directly with customers to ensure their security expectations are consistently metSet up and manage camera analytics and protocols for video and intrusion accountsPerform accurate and detail-oriented account data entry, maintaining client-focused recordsManage and issue service tickets and work orders to support client needsIdentify and implement solutions to customer issues, while tracking, recording, and coordinating progressCollaborate with various teams, including service, data entry, and the MaRC, to ensure seamless operations and a high level of customer serviceAssist with new site development, including forms, maps, virtual patrol routes, contact information setup, and vulnerability assessments.Maintain strong working knowledge of current company policies and procedures, recommend improvements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)Minimum of one (1) year of experience in security, technology services, data entry, or emergency dispatch.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or support role.Proven ability to handle multiple competing priorities with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and Word.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of one year of experience working in a ticketing system to answer client inqueriesMinimum of one year of experience using Bold intrusion and fire alarm systemsMinimum of one year of experience using Honeywell, Bosch, DMP, or Teleguard alarm systems
