Allied Universal® is hiring a MaRC Accounts Administrator. The MaRC Accounts Administrator is responsible for providing support to Manager of Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC). The Accounts Administrator has an elevated level of interaction across the organization and must demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally and with confidential information. The primary function of this role is to provide executive-level customer satisfaction. This is a full time, in office role.

Schedule:

Evening Shift (12:00 - 8:00 pm)

Pay: $19.00 hourly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and partner with the Allied Universal Service Desk for client inqueries regarding escalated situations involving the Allied Universal Monitoring and Response Center (MaRC)Interact with customers directly, ensuring security expectations are met daily/weeklyCamera analytics and protocol setup for video and intrusion accountsAccount data entry, client-focused, ensuring data is being entered and maintained accuratelyIssue and manage service tickets and work ordersImplement problem-resolution with customers while coordinating and monitoring progressWork closely with multiple departments such as service, data entry, and monitoring centerAssist with new site development, involving forms, maps, virtual patrol routes, contact information, and vulnerabilitiesMaintain strong working knowledge of current company policies and procedures, recommend improvements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)1+ years of experience in security, technology service, data entry, or emergency dispatch A minimum of two (2) years of related experience previously serving in an administrative/support capacityDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully prioritizing multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesExceptional organization skills; ability to keep projects on track with required information availableProficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of experience working in a ticketing system to answer client inqueries1+ years of expeerience using Bold intrusion and fire alarm systems1+ years of experience using Honeywell, Bosch, DMP, or Teleguard alarm systems
