Qualifying experience consists of professional or paraprofessional experience in a program whose primary mission is alcohol and/or substance abuse treatment. Must include counseling, intake/assessment, treatment planning, casework and consultation. Duties Description Provide ongoing treatment services to Incarcerated Individuals with substance abuse disorders. Develop treatment findings and conclusions based on an admission and comprehensive evaluation; establish a substance use disorder diagnostic impression; develop and implement a person-centered treatment plan for each assigned Incarcerated Individual; continually evaluate and document the level and quality of participation and progression towards reasonably applied goals for each Incarcerated Individual; and provide services to ensure successful treatment. Work with other facility staff and provide such services in a variety of treatment modalities including recruiting, screening, orientation, assessment, treatment planning/reviewing, coordinating using various media, continuing recovery planning and counseling, in order to assist the Incarcerated Individual in addiction rehabilitation.
