Position OverviewFar Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a Qinetiq US company, is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in Elkridge, MD who is able to perform analysis of specialized and/or technical data, make assessments and recommendations, and prepare documentation related to associated data and analysis.
Responsibilities Conducts all-source intelligence analysis and analytical intelligence report writing using customer-provided accesses and tools and according to standards regarding clarity, conciseness, and terminologyDisplay a clear understanding of identifying Insider Threat indicators and adversary tactics, techniques and proceduresAbility to navigate multiple IC and partner agency databases for research and analysisAbility to utilize complex search engines using focused research techniquesSupport the creation and delivery of documentation in support of assigned programsDevelop graphics and graphical presentations as requiredProvide recommendations of assessments to senior leaders, peers and subordinatesDisplay clear understanding of mitigation techniques for adjudication of intelligence findings and productsPossess and display the following skill sets: Conceptualization, quantitative analysis, organizational skills, research, written and verbal communication, sound judgement, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and ability to work independentlyAbility to interact with diverse groups, evaluate issues, and reach consensus across all stakeholdersDevelop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations Required Qualifications TS/SCI with CI Poly #qinetiqclearedjobBA/BS5yrs experience as a intelligence analystFamiliar with DoS , NSA, DIA, CIA, FBI, NTCT intelligence productsKnowledge of common intelligence community networks: Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and the Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) and as applicable FBI equivalent networks to coordinate the exchange of information by email and must be able to access and use specified databases. Preferred QualificationsExperience with CPE, BLUESTEELE, CARS, DX, FOREMAN, GATEKEEPER, GRAPEVINE, WRANGLER, ArcGIS, ARCMap, Splunk, Palantir, and other IC tools and services.
