Position Summary:

Provides all source analysis expertise with a cyber focus in a high-demand complex environment to achieve DoD customer goals in Charlottesville, Virginia.  Provide operations officer duties in addition to analyst duties.  This position supports a multi-INT fused team solving difficult problems that vary between projects, and includes long-term project efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Current TS/SCI clearance.Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence polygraph.Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of relevant experience.Experience in working with, analyzing, and delivering network, or interconnected systems information.Proven ability to adapt to complex technological topics.Clear and effective written, visual, and oral communications skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Desired Skills:

Intelligence experience in a fusion environment. Knowledgeable in intelligence disciplines' capabilities, limitations, and platforms to include HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT.Analytic and technical collaboration and outreach experience.


Responsibilities:

Provide innovation and critical thinking skills to all customer problem sets.  Expected to be able to expertly translate creative and critical thinking into written and oral forms.Find and fuse cyber intelligence information from all available intelligence disciplines.Identifies additional collection platforms and datasets that provide valuable insights or added value to the program's analysis.Uses Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) techniques to mine large datasets for analytic leads and developmental opportunities.Performs network or nodal analysis of people, organizations, and locations by fusing cyber data from sources including but not limited to SIGINT, commercial databases, reporting, GEOINT analysis, and OSINT analysis.Communicates requirements for collection and for large datasets to be developed technologists.Perform facility management functions.Perform basic backup administrative security functions.Assist with facility needs including IT procurement, with the help of others.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
