All Source Analyst - Insider ThreatKBR is seeking a talented All-Source Analyst to support our team located in Crystal City, VA.
Job Summary
The incumbent will possess a significant amount of all-source experience conducting analysis of a non-technical nature in support of the Insider Threat (InT) mission. The incumbent will analyze Insider Threat program info to identify trends, best practices, identify barriers for compliance, metrics, and quality assurance.
Description/Responsibilities:
The typical All-source Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Conduct comprehensive all source analysis in support of the InT mission Produce all source analytic products in support of the InT mission Aggregate, analyze and evaluate program data sources to evaluate InT riskExtract and organize data to build metrics, reports, case studies and trend reportsProvide written and oral presentationsConduct research to support on-going analytic effortsPrepare and produce situational awareness and warning reports related to InTAssist in preparation and production of analytical reports identifying area for efficiencies in production processProvide editing and quality control of program productsReview InT information in support of meeting program mission requirements and timelinesRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Minimum of 8 years of experience in the following areas:Conducting analysis in a mission space supporting Insider Threat at the tactical and/or strategic levelsPersonnel Security, Threat Assessment/Threat Management or Counterintelligence supporting the Insider Threat missionKnowledge and demonstrated use of research and analytical techniques as applied to difficult and complex assignments in security, law enforcement, and counterintelligence analysisConcepts, principles, practices, and techniques associated with threat assessment/threat management, counterintelligence and law enforcement and knowledge of the organization of the security and counterintelligence communities, including their capabilities and jurisdictions and significant experience with collaboration and information sharing within and across the Federal Government, Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement and Security communities Use of various research tools to include open source research, as well as Government and commercial databases in support of Insider Threat analysisUnderstanding of the DoD populationProviding support and expertise to a Government or Contractor Insider Threat program is requiredWritten and oral communication skills including demonstrated negotiation/collaboration skills required as documented through a variety of experiences briefing and presenting issues at the General/Flag Officer/SES levelKnowledge and training in structured professional judgement tools such as WAVR-21 is preferredDemonstrated experience with Insider Threat risk assessments and presenting those findings to a variety of audiences, to include senior decision makersDemonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and associated software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)Desired Qualifications:
Experience providing support and expertise to an InT program is preferredSecurity Clearance Requirements:
