The Opportunity:
As an All Source Analyst you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF) mission areas. You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.
This position is a short-term (unaccompanied) assignment at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Germany which could require travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. This position is contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty.
Responsibilities:
Develop processes for full intelligence data lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.
Develop the operations center processes and analytic briefing processes and formats, including underlying and supporting data.
Establish procedures for the intelligence synchronization, data sanitization and management, entity creation and updates, integration of new data sources and systems, and intelligence collection systems or collection management processes and systems.
Develop protocols for the awareness and support of command requirements governing CIP reporting and crisis battlespace awareness, while establishing and maintaining host site CIP/COP with Doctrinal Service or Joint Command and Control/COP Systems, including GCCS.
Establish processes for the intelligence data fusion, analysis and visualization, including procedures for drafting, reviewing, and providing written and oral assessments.
Create procedures for analytic tools, databases, and situational awareness displays, such as FADE and MIST, Bodhi, AIDP, Thresher, or Esri.
Establish processes receiving, tasking, tracking, and ensuring the receipt, completion, and dissemination of information related to complex, time-sensitive Requests for Information (RFI).
Develop procedures for the foreign disclosure or foreign release process.
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Program (SAP)
Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience and knowledge must be in the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.
A Masters degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree with thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree with minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent with minimum of twenty-two (22) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.
Desired:
Recent All-source analytical experience in either the EUCOM or AFRICOM operating theater
Military experience is desirable

The proposed salary range for this position is:
