All-Source Intelligence Analyst
Syntelligent Analytic Solutions, LLC provides uniquely qualified personnel with the expertise and tools needed to fulfill our customers’ management and technical requirements in the intelligence, defense, homeland security and commercial market space.  ​   Our customers’ and Syntelligent’s success are built upon the core values of People First, Integrity & Accountability, Mission Driven, Community Focus and Team Oriented.    Responsibilities:   Syntelligent is searching for All-Source Intelligence Analysts for a full-time salaried position supporting the Economic Security Mission Center located in the Nebraska Avenue Complex, Washington, D.C.  ​ Duties will include: Provide all-source intelligence analysis and assessments, economic and trade data research and analysis, and outreach support for the Economic Security Mission Center on the mission areas, including but not limited to critical threats to US economic competitiveness. Threats include, but are not limited to supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, foreign malign economic influence and intellectual property theft. Threats also include but are not limited to overt and covert malign foreign economic influence targeting federal, state, and local government, US private organizations, or the public. Qualifications:   ​Required:   High School Diploma/GED 8 yrs Associate Degree 6 yrs Bachelor’s Degree 4 yrs Master’s Degree 2 yrs Doctoral Degree 0 yrs   Experience developing intelligence based on raw information collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs At least working knowledge of databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems Ability to apply knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives 203 and 206 to produce all-source analytical intelligence assessments for senior policymakers and state, local, and private sector partners Capable of meeting tight deadlines for product production and dissemination Apply emerging technology competition with foreign national players Ability to analyze threats to US national security and economic security interests from foreign malign technology transfer and intellectual property theft related to foreign economic influence Possess knowledge of foreign national economic and military goals, their histories, and their cultures Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.  Mental Requirements: Must be able to mutli-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice. ​Preferred: Knowledge or experience producing intelligence on economic security issues such as intellectual property theft, supply chain security and/or resiliency, foreign malign technology transfer, and foreign malign economic influence. Hands-on experience with databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS-J, various message handling systems. Clearance: TS/SCI   Online applications, please.   The likely salary range for this position is $80,000-100,000 per year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, Spot bonuses, and program-specific awards.
