The position of Market Access Lead is responsible for leading Strategic Alliance Access function. This role will set vision & direction for VAC/ONC/GMP Market access practice including vision, objectives, strategies, tactics and platforms to prioritize/direct initiatives to achieve business targets and leading position; This position will drive the access achievement to support business fast growth in China.Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, management and performance of Strategic Alliance Market Access team.Develop and execute access strategy to ensure team achieve access result from national down to district/county levels successfullyAnalysis policies related to public health and medicine management, establish academic platform and program for positive external policy environment shaping.Identify key successful factors of innovation solutions & manage the change.Develop the market access strategies, maximize market access opportunities at central level to enhance accessibility and availability of product, as well as mitigate the barriers and challenges to support the business expansion and growth.Develop team to engage with related external stakeholders from CDC and HFPC and other relevant institutions in target market of China.Cooperate with the relevant teams and functions including Sales, Commercial, MKT, Medical, GMC and Bidding teams to support the company's products tender and access.Manage budgets and allocate resource at each stage of access lifecycle.Develop access training roadmap and coordinate training programs to enhance access capacity.Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external standardsEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 15+ years of access or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry, sales experiences preferred.5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead.Experience in managing Vaccines market or equivalent portfoliosDemonstrated track record of outstanding access results as a leader of teams and/or organizations with significant scale.Customer orientation and deeply understand Vaccine market in China; Innovative and decisive to make changes and solve problems with strong external stakeholders networkingSound government/customer relationship or capability for relationship building up.Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational access levels.Both fluent Mandarin and English, in written and oral forms.Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a fast-paced environment;Strong communication, leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding execution
