Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Alliances, success will be accomplished by establishing professional working relationships and collaborating with our channel partners, as well as our Professional Services, Marketing, and Support. The mission will be to drive new opportunities and revenue by helping our partners develop a core understanding of Fusion Connect’s value proposition, and how to position our products to solve the unique business needs of our partners’ customers and prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Working with partners and channel managers to on-board new sub-agents and customers who match Fusion Connect’s strategic product set.Ensure all partner organizations are kept up to date on product evolutions, updates and features thru regular training sessions, events, and cadence meetings.Generate new leads and revenue by driving joint go-to-market (GTM) activity with Channel partner leadership, Channel partner sales executives, and our own internal sales organization.Developing product and sales competency within our core set of regional & national partners, influencing their GTM and sales strategy in alignment with Fusion Connect’s vision.Sharing analytics with partners and technical champions and driving further demand for Fusion Connect’s solutions through regular cadence sessions.Develop and enhance our partner onboarding model to speed effective communication of the Fusion Connect product set.Participate in regional QBR’s for the sales team.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

Understanding of the current UCaaS market with a focus on Microsoft Teams Operator Connect and Direct Routing.Demonstrated success leveraging 3rd-party companies to achieve revenue growth.Solution-selling experience (vs. product-centric sales).Superb organizational skills and demonstrated history outlining and establishing sales strategies.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate leadership that promotes and exemplifies the highest levels of teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support to the Partner.Must be willing to travel throughout the U.S. including attendance at all business reviews, meetings and events.Existing relationships with TSD’s, national VARs, Distributors, MSPs, SaaS providers is preferred.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

Three to five years of channel management preferred but not required.Experience with progressive, born-in-the-cloud partners is preferred.Service Provider and System Integrator experience preferred.Experience working in Salesforce.
