Alliances senior manager
**ROLE PURPOSE** The objective for Alliance Senior Manager will accelerate alliance partnerships with Tier I consulting, Global HCM Partners, Global SIs and Global BPO Partners in the region. • Lead alliance intiatives to drive sales growth, primarily within the upmarket and MNC segments. • The role will be required to coordinate both internal and external parties to meet this objective. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Grow ADP France and Switzerland sales partnerships in the upmarket and MNC segments through alliance partnerships with existing and new partners in global consutling, global HCM, globalSI partners and global HRBPO Partners. • Consistently meet and exceed revenue/alliance sales targets • Build strategic relationships with alliance partners and key contacts within the designated firms • Assist in the sales process by providing expertise within dedicated alliance partners and demonstrating to clients/prospects our understanding of their business and clients • Work in conjunction with all relevant roles/segments in sales, operations, finance, legal and marketing to drive and execute alliance programs • Initiate and coordinate various sales and marketing programs with global strategic partners • Regularly track and benchmark sales progress/growth with global strategic partners and develop strategies for growth • Coordinate and participate in prospecting efforts in order to identify sales opportunities through alliance partners • Develop and on-board new strategic alliance partners and referral partners to drive global payroll opportunities • Develop new GTM approaches and strategic partnership models to increase ADP's competitive advantage in France and Swizerland **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** Strong relationship building with global consulting/HCM transformation partners with high intellectual capabilities • University degree with 20+ years working experience in Consulting / HCM tranformation / IT services industries • Global consutling expereince is a plus • Extensive hands-on pipeline building and partner management experience • Strong collaboration capability with sales team and other cross functional supporting team virtually & globally • Strong ability to influence c-Levels • Strong communication skills in English and French.
