About the role: 

We are looking for an Allied Health Coordinator (AHC) to join our team in Brisbane. The AHC has a critical role within the Medical Sales function for driving strong relationships and referrals from Primary Care General Practice through to our Audiology Clinics. The AHC role revolves around a defined Medical territory of General Practice where you will interact with Doctors, Practice Managers, Nurses providing education and training on our local Audiology clinic, OtoGP Hearing Screening Device, Ear Clinics, collaboration in events internal and external to drive referrals into our clinics supporting the wellbeing of GP patients regarding their hearing.

Key Responsibilities:

Medical Marketing – In Field Responsibilities

Proactively maintains the database of clients in Sales Force Manages the communication with Primary Care Practices within the defined territory Call Cycles are predefined for you by the business, outlining the required weekly and daily customer visits. Expectation is to achieve the Call Cycles for the designated territory and actioning the customer plan Call Cycle pre-planning for customer interactions is essential Develop a pipeline of Doctor Education, Nurse Education, Ear Clinics, and OtoGP Hearing Screening Device

Territory

State based territory role

Medical Marketing - Events

Assist with internal and external events as required and defined by the Marketing Calendar Ownership of Events within the same state Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

Communication

Any external communication that may be required will ensure that templated emails are used Assist in initiating new and innovative ways to engage with customers using communication and templated emails

Travel

Action travel requirements for as required and in line with Travel Policy.

Supply Chain

Place any internal or external orders required using our internal portal and system

Other Duties

Ensure that duties of the role are conducted in an efficient, competent, and diligent manner where assigned KPI’s are met with minimum disruption. Provide support to complete other tasks when requested by the business as a proactive and positive team member

About you

A desire to succeed and win. Positive ‘can do’ attitude with high energy, drive, and enthusiasm. At least 2 years’ experience in a within the healthcare industry (desired). Diploma in Administration, Marketing or similar. Strong customer planning skills Intermediate proficiency using MS Office suite. Experience using Sales Force or other CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication. Good time management skills. Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customer-focused and outcomes-centred approach. Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality.
