Allied Health Technical Instructor + Full Time + Hampton, NH 03842 (https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Hampton%2C%20NH%20%2003842&zoom=14&size=512x512&maptype=roadmap&sensor=false) + Posted 3 days ago **Core Physicians LLC** Req#14201 Internal Only **Req#:** 14201 **Full Time,Day Shift** 8:00am-4:30pm This position will support the Allied Health Program by teaching technical skills to Allied Health Students in the categories required in order to complete the program and attain certification. **Requirements:** Certified Medical Assistant 3+ years’ experience in a medical office Technical training skills in the clinical healthcare field Ability to collaborate and maintain positive interpersonal relationships BLS within 6 months of hire Completion of required management training courses within 1 year of hire The use of technology as an instructional and organization tool Experience in, but not limited to, phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, vital signs, EKG, wound care, Documentation, Pharmacology, HIPAA, A&P, medical law and ethics, electronic medical records, etc. Previous teaching experience preferred **Major Responsibilities:** 1. Instruct students on the topics of Phlebotomy, immunizations, Injections, Vital signs, EKGs, Wound Care, Sterile field and other technical topics. 2. Observe and qualify student proficiency. Provide progress updates and student status to the Program Director and other Program Faculty while maintaining appropriate confidentiality regarding students. 3. Teach safety procedures and ensure safety of students while in classroom. 4. Create a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation. 5. Educate on proper application of current technologies and stay current on methods used. 6. Advise and guide on best practices for each position. 7. Serve as peer mentor for students. 8.
