The Allocation Specialist will have the responsibility to monitor and ensure accuracy of inventory and order allocation across designated clients. This position necessitates strong leadership abilities, keen attention to detail, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of client product specifications and customer specific desires. This is a critical support position in the Customer Operations team, requiring an eye for detail as well as excellent communication, documentation management and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities Daily checks on open orders for designated clients, ensuring processing and releasing of orders in accordance with cut-off times and SOW stipulations.Participates as a key member of Customer Operations in leading the fulfillment of client requests.Secure that all orders are updated accurately reflecting the customers' requirements and demands so that the correct items are ordered and shipped including any specific documentation.Work daily with logistics and DC operations teams to ensure on-time shipping and changes to orders.Maintain a deep understanding of customer and client expectations.Ability to prioritize needs and assess feasibility of requests from the client and customer.Documents key information for analysis which includes downtime, peak order time periods, inventory accuracy and scheduling accuracy. Day to day support to both internal and external teams and issue resolution with processing.Proactively analyze current processes to gain efficiencies and effectiveness.Perform responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting company and divisional goals. Communicate effective written and oral communication across multiple departments.

QualificationsMINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Prior experience in customer/client facing role
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in SQL, experience with data analysis tools and techniques, or Microsoft certifiedFamiliarity with data governance principles and practices.Previous supply chain experience
