Responsibilities for the Allocator include but are not limited to: Allocation + Execute allocations incorporating standard guidelines for Seasonal Strategies, New Store Builds, and Specialized Allocations + Accurately adhere to all Allocation Tool guidance/specialized allocation direction and escalate any encountered issues Problem Identification and Resolution + Identify allocation issues and determine appropriate adjustments + Use understanding of standard assortment strategies and nuances of chains to identify inaccuracies + Communicate with key business partners to resolve allocation issues and escalate when necessary + Additional tasks as needed Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Allocator: + Bachelor’s Degree, preferred + 0-1 years of relevant work experience + Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Efficient verbal and written communication skills + Retail math What's in this for you? + Weekly Pay starting at **$22/hr** – you receive a paycheck every week + Generous Bonus Incentives offered for referrals!
