If these words resonate with you, we should talk. **Job Overview** **Position Schedule:** Full-Time **Program Overview:** The two-year ALP journey consists of four six-month, high-impact rotations in key home office business units that will best suit each participant's unique skillset, expertise, and Edward Jones' needs. The program will provide opportunities in thought, team and/or project leadership, executive mentoring, networking, and tailored personal development. Rotations are built based on associate experiences, program goals, and development plans. No two ALP candidates will have the same journey. We'll craft your experience to best leverage your unique viewpoint and desired career path. During the first rotation, ALP participants will be required to attain the Series 7(composed of the Security Industry Essentials and Series 7 Top Off Tests) and 66 licenses. Study time, resources, and mentoring are provided in preparation for the exams. The second through fourth rotations focus on broadening firm and industry knowledge while strengthening personal development areas. The program's culminating event is a Capstone Project where participants can showcase their strategic thinking and presentation skills. At the end of the two years, participants are equipped with the skills necessary to contribute as a team, project, or thought leader. With support from the program, they leverage the network they've built to apply for open roles in different areas across the firm. The Accelerated Leadership Program strives to develop leaders who can guide their own careers and move within multiple areas of Edward Jones as desired career opportunities emerge. **Program Components:** + Four High-Impact Rotations + Series 7 & 66 Licensing -passing of these licensure exams within the first 90 days of the program is required for continued participation in the program. + Foundations of DEI & Unconscious Bias Training + Monthly Cohort meetings + Branch Visits + 1:1 Mentorship by a General Partner + Capstone Project + Salary of 120,000 dollars Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
