State Street Alpha Service Architecture team is seeking a versatile individual with strong business and data analysis skills for development and support of Client Implementations of State Street’s Front to Back offering. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex data analysis with expertise in identifying patterns and themes, the ability to create a precise summary of the data findings, and documentation of findings; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong collaboration skills are a must.

What you will be responsible for
As a Alpha Account Services Client Implementation Data Analyst, Officer you will
Provide detailed data analysis to clients (internal and external) on current and future state Alpha F2B data configurationsLiaise with stakeholders in order to establish and document configuration requirements specific to in scope services, develop standards based on in scope servicesMaintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT F2B product offering to perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations specializing in Account Configuration and MaintenancePerform ongoing data analysis to align to project expectationsAnalyze and document any derivation to the model and propose enhancements to the solutionSupport testing activities and immediate post-production transition with the support of test plan development and test scriptsLead individual client implementation analysis efforts specializing in Front and Middle Office Account Configuration and MaintenanceIdentify, drive forward and evolve current Account Services data analysis model ,as neededPlay leading role in contributing input on product offerings and responsible for problem solving and issue resolution as they ariseIndependently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business processingEnsure clear, complete and accurate documentation of user requirements and functional featuresServe as a liaison between Alpha’s clients, business users and various IT development and testing teamsDocument project requirements using clear, concise language, consistent with the appropriate methodologiesCollaborate with other team members to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processesCreate common and shared standards across peer group by implementing best practices.Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through data requirementsWhat we value

Ability to analyze entity-relationship diagrams and logical data models to validate design against requirementsFamiliarity with financial reporting, business intelligence, and data warehousing principlesUnderstands BI/reporting tool architecture, functions, and featuresAbility to translate data analysis in to the story the data is tellingExcellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences with excellent facilitationEducation & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study5+ years’ experience data analysis or client reportingAbility to write right code (SQL, Python, etc) for data analysis to create scaleAbout State Street
