Who we are looking for
Within Alpha Client Implementations we are looking for an APAC Business Integration Lead to interact with the Client and our internal Operations Teams from Service Definition to Go Live. The role will be client facing, including interaction with program team and the wider STT teams including senior management.
What you will be responsible for
The Alpha Business Integration Lead is responsible for ensuring all change or deviations to our standard operating model throughout the implementation lifecycle are production ready and the service team responsible for delivery of the service have the proper procedures and controls in place. The role is supported by a project management office and business analysts and covers functional and operational preparedness for our Front to Back model.
The remit includes Analysis and Assessment activities, Program Management, Governance, testing and parallel activity support, reporting and stakeholder management.
As Business Implementation Lead you will
Acts as link between the Client and our Operational teams to successfully prepare and deliver into business as usual when the project ends.Support Operational Readiness leads, to document the dependencies and go live criteria within the workstream plansPrepare our operations teams and the client by documenting and leading Production Parallel Validation Exercise (PPVE)/ Day In The Life (DITL) with the support of the program teamPlan and document a Production Parallel approach including success criteria for exit.Act as a point of escalation post conversion in support of operations teams and program supportSupport challenge on deviation from the standard Alpha propositionLeverage influence across business areas and project team members to drive successful validation exercises in line with end to end testingPartner with all relevant corporate functions, businesses and stakeholder to ensure effectiveness of the activities and expectations management.Raise Risks, Issues, and Defects effectively within the program, assess impacts and drive solutionsSupport robust testing plans and ensure new product development flows properly end to end in the Alpha modelAssist with the management of project schedules and deliverablesPartner with implementation and support to resolve escalated client issues

10+ years’ experience in Program or Operational Delivery ideally in the financial servicesStrong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functionsDegree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with Jira and clarity is a plusKnowledgeable in one or more CRD functional financial areas strongly desiredBackground in complex instruments such as bank loans or derivativesWorking knowledge of pricing, portfolio valuation, security masterWhat we do.
