The Client Implementation Manager is expected to operate as a leader to plan, prioritize and execute on the implementation of new Alpha client business. Qualified applicants should have prior experience managing large complex programs, be at ease leading others with no hierarchical connection, and should be comfortable working in a high growth, fast paced environment. Applicants must demonstrate experience managing organizations through significant transformation and change, and developing relationships at executive levels.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As a Client Implementation Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of one or more implementation programs. You will supervise other members of the project and inform executives on progress and performance. A successful Client Implementation Manager must have a broad knowledge of program management principles, experience leading organizations through transformational change and the ability to build relationships and engage effectively at executive and c-suite levels. You must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead highly matrixed teams at State Street. The goal is to ensure every program will be delivered successfully and add the highest possible value to our clients and the organization.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading large transformational programsStrong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions. Experience with front-to-back investment servicing and operations functions is preferred.Knowledge of front and middle office technology is an advantage. Charles River, Blackrock Aladdin, Thinkfolio, SimCorp Dimension, Markit EDM, Eagle Pace, etc.Experience with Agile software development, highly configurable systems and leading testing techniquesAbility to travel across the region as requiredState Street's Speak Up Line
