Alpha Client Solutions Executive, Managing Director

Who we are looking for

Qualified applicants should have a proven track record of aligning target business vision and requirements with enterprise solutions by collaborating with wider stakeholders including solution architects to identify business solutions to meet client and product outcomes, particularly in the context of a software business or professional services. Ability to manage complex client relationships across region to ensure client expectations are aligned with implementation deliverables. Applicants should be at ease leading others with no hierarchical connection and should also be comfortable working in a high growth business, fast paced environment driving the firms strategy and AlphaSM product capabilities.

Why this role is important to us

As Alpha Client Solutions Executive you will be responsible for the identification, co-ordination of and managing E2E solution delivery across all functional areas and products within STT.  You will supervise managers and inform management on progress and performance. A successful Client Solution Executive must have a broad knowledge of asset management, front to back office, and solution architect principles. They must have a strategic mindset as well as be able to lead and develop their subordinates. The goal is to ensure every solution will be delivered E2E, successfully and add the highest possible value to the organization and our clients holistically.

The Solution Manager Role:

Guide the Alpha Implementations to identify and solution deliverables in the target state model and operational workflows.Manage the relationship with multiple clients and all stakeholders through the solution design and delivery phases.Manage solution delivery coordination across functional areas.Support approaches and workshops to build scalable and standardised solutions.Influence, facilitate and drive decision making on deliverable resolution planning at Alpha forums.Connecting teams across disciplines to define Alpha-wide end to end solutions.Review Client requirements and help define the target state solution; identify and document Solutions for IT deliverable, as well as products on the delivery roadmap.Engage directly with the Client and across internal disciplines, acting as a continuous liaison point throughout execution to triage and facilitate the resolution of deliverables.Integrate solution builds and IT developments across all implementation phases following Client confirmation of solution outcomes.Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people.Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed.Ensure solution Management activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including front, middle & back office functions.Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry.Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and PowerPoint.Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset.Willingness and ability for potential travel.
