You will supervise the teaching practices of our ski instructors and their interactions with our guests. You will oversee the operations of all Alpine programs, including instructor scheduling and the assigning of instructors to our guests. In this position, you’ll work with the other supervisors and department directors to continually improve the management, operations and profitability of the department. It is essential that this position contribute to outstanding customer service and the ability of our instructors to deliver a world-class product.
