Activités principales :
Intégration du service Customer insights and engagement d’un laboratoire pharmaceutique pour participer à la transformation et au développement de la Culture Client sur la Business Unit ONCOLOGIE et HEMATOLOGIE.Gestion des dossiers insights clients et enquêtes de satisfaction client pour les BU Oncologie et Hématologie : Mesurer l’expérience client des médecins et professionnels de santé, analyser les résultats et les partager aux équipes commerciales en vu d’améliorer les services, outils et événements.Analyser les retours clients afin de comprendre les raisons d’insatisfaction et de satisfaction et faire des recommandations d’améliorationAccompagner les équipes dans le développement de l’orientation client et l’utilisation des insights clients pour la construction de services, plan tactique en lien avec les brands en Oncologie et hématologie.Suivre et communiquer les KPI insights clients : NPS, Satisfaction client, dashboard POWER BIPilotage des outils de mesure de l'expérience client, et organisation des évolutions techniques et métiers de ces outils.Participation à la mise en place de workshops cross-fonctionnels sur le design des parcours clients, personaes et idéation d’expérience client.Développement et pilotage des formations Expérience Client, animation des formations et coaching d’équipe.Compétences requises :
Intérêt pour l’expérience client (CRM, marketing de la relation client, expérience client, culture client).Forte Orientation clientBonne maitrise de la communication écrite et oraleConnaissance des méthodes de construction d’un parcours clientSens du client, sens du contact humain, curiosité, réactivité et dynamisme.Force de proposition, autonomie, rigueur.Maîtrise de l'anglais (réunions internationales fréquentes).Forte capacité de synthèse et d’analyse.Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.Maîtrise du pack Office (Notamment Excel et power point).Connaissance des indicateurs de mesure de la satisfaction client (COS, NPS, CES).Connaissance du secteur de la santé et de la pharmacie est un plus (pas obligatoire pour postuler à ce poste).Profil recherché :
Étudiant(e) en Master, avec une formation en marketing, gestion de projet ou expérience client. BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
