TEVGO is a TotalEnergies subsidiary dedicated to the operation of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities (IRVE) in France. We currently operate more than 20,000 recharging points on roads, at service stations, in companies or at employees' homes (on behalf of local authorities, public or private customers). In particular, TEVGO operates the fast chargers deployed in TotalEnergies‘ HPC (High Power Chargers) service stations throughout France, as well as the charging points won in tenders such as the Belib’ recharging service in Paris.
TEVGO's missions:
Commercial operations and customer relations, to offer the best possible recharging experience by marketing recharging services, managing customer and user requests, and monitoring infrastructure performance and customer satisfaction. Technical Operations to ensure the smooth running and availability of the IRVEs through proactive supervision and maintenance actions under public (BtoG) or private (BtoB) contracts.TEVGO is riding the wave of electromobility! TotalEnergies' ambition is to operate 150,000 charging points in Europe by 2025, more than half of them in France. And all in a rapidly expanding market! Against this backdrop, TEVGO aims to become the benchmark operator of electric charging points in France.

The position is based at TEVGO's head office in La Défense.
ActivitiesAs part of his/her duties, the Communications and Marketing Trainee will assist the Communications and Marketing Manager with the following tasks:
Creating and updating communication materials (presentations, videos, newsletters)Participating in the organisation of eventsContributing to marketing initiatives aimed at the customer base (campaigns, customer surveys, field feedback, etc.)Contribute to the creation of digital content (mobile application, website)Proposing communications as part of the contracts operatedCreation of content on electric recharging for users (written and video)Social networking: creating posts (graphics and copywriting) and moderation.
The Communication and Marketing Trainee will also contribute to the collective effort of the Commercial Operations and Customer Relations Department.
