In this role, you will:
Provide updates and other reporting responsibilities related to marketing collateral and other support materials for alternative investments business
Production of product materials and other support materials including customized client proposals, performance reports, product positioning papers, industry updates, ad-hoc sales support requests and other monthly and quarterly reporting responsibilities
Support new product launches, product closings and other platform changes
Work with external investment managers to obtain marketing collateral updates and other fund communications
Manage the compliance approval process across the firm for marketing materials
Support various projects related to the overall objectives of the department and strategic initiatives of the firm
Interact with internal partners including sales, marketing, legal, and operations
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of private capital investments, hedge funds, and other alternative investments
Demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business-related field
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner for written documentation
Professional verbal and interpersonal skills
