The Role

We are looking for a Product Management Analyst for our ADM Team! Alternatives Data Management (ADM) is one of Addepar’s most requested new add-on products. It is both a backend data processing and ingestion service as well as a frontend investment management platform within the broader Addepar platform. ADM provides Addepar clients with timely and accurate data about their investments in Alternative assets such as Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Real Estate Funds so that they have a clearer understanding of their overall portfolio performance and are able to make more informed investment decisions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing ADM's data product for 'look-through' data. This new data product will provide clients access and insights into their private funds' portfolio-company holdings data, critical to performing portfolio exposure analysis. You will act as the voice of the customer and interact directly with Clients, Fund Administrators, Engineering, and Operations.

What You’ll Do Develop document processing and data extraction work-flows for statements of investment and quarterly/annual reports that contain 'look-through' data into funds' portfolio company holdings Partner with engineering, product management and data operations to deliver high quality, timely and reliable data solutions through Addepar’s workflow solutions and APIs Develop data driven solutions and improvements in collaboration with user experience, design and application focused project management teams. Understand Addepar’s products and clients. Using these insights, work with counterparts within the business to drive new and innovative opportunities to serve our clients better and grow the business. Who You Are 2+ years of experience working in the Private Funds / Alternative Investment space with a solid understanding of private fund reporting and alternative investments data Strong communication and interpersonal skills working with fund admins, investment advisors, clients and internal team members Self-motivated and able to work independently Product oriented mindset and desire to build scalable, automated solutions to address data problems in the financial industry
