Job Responsibilities

Follow safety guidelines Follow standard work instructions as assigned Perform hands-on tasks Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach Maintain clean and organized workspace Troubleshoot equipment issues Using Press, Brake, Cutting, Bending and Punching Machines Routine preventive maintenance checks Quality Control of produced units meet customer specifications Meet production standards Work in a team environment Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation Inspection of product Set up and operation of machinery

 

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years recent and relevant Metal Extrusion Machine Operator experience like Press, Brake, Cutting, Bending, Punching and CNC Machines Minimum 2+ years recent and relevant Lead experience managing at least 3 to 5 associates Able to use basic hand and power tools Basic math Mechanical aptitude Ability to problem solve Able to multi-task Attention to detail Able to read ruler, tape measure and common measuring tools Basic computer skills BIG PLUS for candidates with Sit-Down and MIG Welding experience too!
