This role supports the Breakfast restaurant operation. 6am – 2pmKey Responsibilities:
Daily Set-up & Tear-down expeditor stationKeep station organized at all timesAct as a liaison between the Front-of-House and the Culinary teamKnow all the components and presentation of each dishAdjust final presentation/garnish as per specCommunicate allergies & dietary preferences to the Culinary teamCommunicated VIP guests to CulinaryEnsure orders are correct and sent to the correct tableRun food alongside the food-runner as neededMaintain cleanliness as per standardsKeep record of daily fridge temperature logsMaintain stock & organization of all FOH coolersRefill butter, ketchup, syrup (and other condiments)Fill out AM requisition sheets for produce & dry goods as per established par Pick-up requisitions from storeroom as neededKeep counts of low-stock items and update colleagues and POS systemAssist Server Assistants in between peak-times as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well in a high-volume pressure environmentPrevious Food & Beverage or Hotel experience preferredExcellent communication skillsAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all timesAbility to stand for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 50lbsSelf-driven & passionateAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamMust hold valid authorization to work in the USFood Handlers CardAdditional Information
