What You'll Do: Production Worker

As a key part of our manufacturing team, you'll contribute to crafting high-quality food products destined for Holiday Station Stores.

Core Tasks:

Assemble, wrap, label, box, and palletize products with a focus on quality.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Rotate through different tasks and production lines as needed.Alert management to any issues concerning product quality or equipment malfunction.Adhere to all federal and state regulations including USDA or FDA guidelines and OSHA safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum age of 18.Ability to understand basic instructions and read labels.Reliable and adaptable, with availability to work on Saturdays.

Physical Aspects of the Role:

Ability to lift 5 pounds regularly, and up to 30 pounds occasionally.Proficient in quick and efficient movements involving repetitive twisting and reaching.Capability to stand throughout your shift in a 35 to 40-degree Fahrenheit environment.

Discretion:

You're empowered to halt line operations for any safety or quality concerns.

Education and Training:

No specific educational criteria, but a high school diploma or equivalent is favorable. Some prior work experience is ideal, though we're willing to train the right candidates.
